Quality of Pinel et Pinel Products:

All our products are handmade with a commitment to excellence in our Parisian workshop, following the pure tradition of French luxury. The quality of raw materials, as well as the perfection of finishes, undergo rigorous controls throughout the production process.

Each product undergoes a final quality check before being packaged for shipment.

Is there a warranty for my product?

All items from the PINEL and PINEL collections come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for more details. (-> GTC) If you notice a defect upon receiving your package, contact our customer service immediately and provide photos of the issue.

Can a product be exchanged?

You can exercise your right of withdrawal according to online sales rules and return the product. You can then make a new purchase on our website.
