We ship to most countries worldwide. If you have any doubts regarding delivery to your region, please contact us!

In an eco-friendly approach, Maison PINEL et PINEL maintains limited stock. Some items are made to order, which may result in a delivery time ranging from 8 to 20 days for leather goods.

We will confirm the manufacturing time within 48 hours of your order.

Returns and Refunds.

For all online orders, except for custom-made and personalized items, you have 14 days from the date of receiving the package to return an item, upon a simple request through your online account or by email.

1- If your item is in perfect condition: return it in its original packaging, and you will be refunded upon the item's receipt.

2- If your item has a defect or was damaged during transport: contact us, describe the problem, and attach any necessary photos. We will get in touch with you to arrange the return and refund.

We process the refund on the same day we receive your package. The refund is automatically credited to your bank account (allow 2 to 3 days).

PINEL et PINEL reserves the right to refuse a return if the returned product is damaged.
